Residential Interiors

Home is where the detail matters most.

At Yeolekar Interiors, residential design isn’t about picking a trend and dropping it into every house we walk into. It’s the opposite, really. We can give you multiple varieties in the same budget. For instance, two families who are looking for a 2 BHK interior design and incidentally, their financial budget is also the same. We can here design two different homes after understanding the client’s requirements. We decide based on how they actually live, whether someone works from home, whether the kitchen needs to handle three generations of cooking habits, or whether a teenager just needs a quiet corner that’s truly theirs.

We work across apartments, bungalows, villas, and farmhouses, with the same working approach of first understanding the client’s mindset, then designing accordingly. That means measuring rooms properly, talking through daily routines, and working out storage needs before a single drawing is finalised. A beautiful kitchen that doesn’t fit your appliances isn’t a beautiful kitchen. It’s a problem waiting to happen six months down the line.

Our residential work covers the full journey. Layout planning and space optimisation come first, followed by material and colour selection, modular kitchens, wardrobes, false ceilings, lighting design, and furniture planning. We believe in giving attention to each and every area, including the small spaces like balconies, staircases, or the pooja area. These corners are used every single day in a house and need to be designed as thoughtfully as the living room.

Execution is where a lot of interior projects fall apart, and it’s where we’ve put in the most work over the years. Site coordination, vendor management, quality checks, and timeline tracking are all handled in-house, so you’re not left chasing five different contractors for one home. Whether you want full turnkey execution or design guidance alongside your own execution team, we adjust to how you’d like to work.

Budget honesty matters to us, too. We’d rather tell you upfront that something won’t fit your budget than let you find out midway through the project. Several of our long-term clients have come back to us for a second home, or referred us to family, simply because we kept our word on cost and timelines the first time around.

If you’re planning a new home, renovating an old one, or working on a farmhouse retreat, we’d be glad to walk through the space with you and talk about what’s actually possible.
